Listing your house is no small decision or easy task - I am here to help you every step of the way from the time you make the decision to sell until we close.
Where do we start?
Pre-Listing.
In the days and weeks leading up to the launch of your home, there is a lot to gather and learn so we can set you up for success. From gathering stats on the home, determining a list price to helping you get set for pictures etc. My team and I will be there to help you get the best value possible for your home.
Marketing.
Once we get all of the ground work done, it is time to stage your home, get pictures + video and get a marketing plan together. When you work with us, we help to make sure that all final details are perfect. I will help you stage the home and a team of our professional photographers will come together to make your home stand out among the rest.
Launching.
After all the details are pulled together it is time to LIST! Our team will do all the back end work to share across our platforms including our MLS, my personal website and social media pages, all of the popular platforms like Zillow + realtor.com and more.
Post Launch.
Once your home is listed - we are’t finished until it is SOLD! We will be with you every step of the way including managing the buyers that come through to view your home, readjusting the listing if needed and hosting + managing any open houses and other opportunities that we decide best fit your home. I will be with you every step of the way through closing day.
